The eyes of this adult male leopard tell a story of a life well lived; they are filled with emotion and intelligence. There is no doubt that he has vast life experience, and has learnt a thing or two about life in the wild.
As soon as I saw him I knew I needed to get close - his face was filled with emotion, and shooting from a distance would compress that emotion. He eventually came closer, and stared into my lens as if he had seen everything before. It's all about his eyes, and the stories they tell.
