I don't think I had taken such a moving portrait of a big cat until this July day in 2019, her stare was both haunting and passionate, and her face was full of emotion.
They are not just killing machines as Disney's Tarzan suggests, but also highly intelligent and emotional creatures. What an honour it was to take her portrait on that July day.
